current plans include

• Both physical and virtual tours of my 1900 house, located at 663 20th St Astoria Oregon, focussing on how I replaced a gas furnace with a heart pump in order to:

  • reduce my use of fossil fuel

  • open up the basement to create extra living space

  • open up the ground floor to create more flexible space and better views

  • improve comfort and efficiency by only heating or cooling the occupied areas

• Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

  • share ideas
